The RMC Brookside Redevelopment Project
Alpha Energy and Electric, Inc. is grateful for the exceptional opportunity to be leading this laudable project and applauds this gigantic contract totaling a proposed budget of $19,432,490.00 ($19.4M) as the Construction Manager/owner’s representative (“CM”) for Rockhill Greens LLC (“RG”) as it relates to construction improvements on the Rock Hill Greens project located at approximately 65th and Rockhill Road, Kansas City, Missouri. The RMC Brookside Redevelopment Project is a significant revitalization of the RMC Brookside campus (former Baptist Medical Center) and consists of two phases with the first phase starting in late October 2011. The RMC Brookside Redevelopment effort is a Tax Increment Financing Project with a total proposed budget of $19,432,490.00 ($19.4M). Alpha Energy and Electric, Inc. signed the contract in late October 2011.
